What is the Fast Track service at Vietnam’s airports?
Fast Track helps you skip long immigration and visa lines by using express lanes with the assistance of a dedicated agent. When you’re ready to head back home, Fast Track also takes you through priority check in, passport control, and security - as well as guidance to your lounge or departure gate.
Who can use the Fast Track service?
All international passengers arriving at or departing from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), or Da Nang International Airport (DAD) can book the service, regardless of airline or ticket class.
How much time can I save with Fast Track?
You can reduce wait times from 1–2 hours to as little as 10–15 minutes, especially during peak hours.
How does the Arrival Fast Track service work?
An agent will meet you before immigration and escort you through express lanes for immigration and baggage.
What is the Diplomatic Lane at an airport?
The Diplomatic Lane is intended for diplomats, flight crew and APEC Card holders when leaving or entering the airport. When the airport is very busy, there may also be waiting times at the Fast Track lanes. In this case, the waiting time for the Diplomatic Lane is the shortest.
What’s included in the Departure Fast Track service?
An agent helps with priority check-in and leads you to a dedicated passport control lane. After that, you’ll pass through priority security and the the agent will guide you to your departure gate or lounge (if applicable).
Do I need a visa to use this Fast Track service?
Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Vietnam. Please check if your country is considered Visa-Free or needs a visa in order to enter Vietnam.
Can I book these services for someone else or a group?
Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Only one booking is needed for a group and each traveler’s information will be collected.
How far in advance should I book?
For Arrival packages, you must book and pay before your flight departs.
For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight to guarantee availability.
How do I pay for the Fast Track service?
Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a payment link via email from OnePay. Please use the link to pay promptly after issuing in order for us to process your booking and arrange your package with the airport staff.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our team monitors your flight and adjusts the meeting time accordingly. There is no extra charge for typical delays.
How will I recognize the Fast Track agent at the airport?
For Arrival packages, your agent will hold a sign with your name and meet you at the arrival gate or designated point, depending on the airport. We will send you a picture of your agent and sign board, as well as the meeting location before your travel date.
For Departure packages, your agent will contact you directly via WhatsApp, iMessage, or Zalo in order to coordinate the meeting time and place at the airport.
