Do I Need to Book Fast Track Service in Advance?
- Arrival packages: Must be booked and paid at least one hour before your flight lands.
- Departure packages: Must be booked and paid at least four hours before your flight to guarantee availability.
Date Changes & Refund Policy
- Date changes: Change your Fast Track date/time for free at least 3 hours before your flight. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your arrival time accordingly — no notice from you is required.
- Refunds: Cancel more than 24 hours before your flight for a refund; taxes and fees are non-refundable.
Additional Information
- Visa disclaimer: Fast Track Vietnam and the local operator do not hold any responsibility related to visa issues of the customer. The Fast Track service does not include visa services.
- Peak periods: On crowded days, especially during high seasons (i.e., summer and Lunar New Year), expect longer waiting times in the Fast Track lanes — though still significantly shorter than the regular immigration lane.

When you land, your agent will meet you before immigration (or at the aircraft door, depending on your package) and take you through the priority lanes for immigration. Higher-tier packages give you access to faster lanes, such as the ABTC or Crew/Diplomatic lanes, depending on the airport.
You can add Luggage Assistance to have your agent collect your bags and take them to your car.

05What’s included in the Departure Fast Track service?
After you check in with your airline, your agent will meet you and escort you through the priority lanes included in your package. This may cover immigration, security screening, or both. Your agent can also guide you to your gate or lounge (lounge access not included).
You can add Priority Check-In to have your agent meet you before check-in and help you use a priority counter, usually the Business Class counter.

06Do I need a visa to use this Fast Track service?
Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Vietnam. Visas must be arranged before you travel — please check the official requirements for your nationality. Fast Track Vietnam does not issue or process visas; our service begins when you arrive at the airport.
07Can I book these services for someone else or a group?
Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Each traveler will be assisted through the process.
08How far in advance should I book?
For Arrival packages, you must book and pay at least one hour before your flight lands.
For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight departs to guarantee availability.
09How do I pay for the Fast Track service?
Payments are made directly through our website via OnePay, one of Vietnam’s largest and most secure payment platforms. You can pay with all major credit cards, bank transfers, and via VietQR. All prices are charged in VND.
10What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time, so if your flight is delayed, we’ll know. We will adjust your package accordingly to match your new arrival time — no need to contact us.
11What if my flight is cancelled?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your flight for a refund; taxes and fees are non-refundable. We can adjust your package for free up to 3 hours before your originally scheduled flight. Adjustments cannot be made if notified less than 3 hours before the flight or if the service has already begun.
12How will I recognize the Fast Track agent at the airport?
For Arrival packages, your agent will hold a designated welcome board and meet at the arrivals hall or a specific point, depending on the airport.
For Departure packages, before your flight, our team emails you the meeting point and time; on the day, your agent may also message you on WhatsApp, iMessage or Zalo.
