About Fast Track
01What is the Fast Track service at Vietnam’s airports?
Fast Track helps you skip long immigration lines by using express lanes with the assistance of a dedicated agent. When you depart, Fast Track takes you through passport control – and priority security with Departure Standard Plus and above – and your agent can guide you to your lounge or departure gate.
02Who can use the Fast Track service?
All international passengers arriving at or departing from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Da Nang International Airport (DAD), Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) or Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR) can book the service, regardless of airline or ticket class.
03How much time can I save with Fast Track?
You can reduce wait times from 1–2 hours to less than 30 minutes on average.
04Do I need a visa to use this Fast Track service?
Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Vietnam. Visas must be arranged before you travel - please check the official requirements for your nationality. Fast Track Vietnam does not issue or process visas; our service begins when you arrive at the airport.
Packages
05How does the Arrival Fast Track service work?
For arrival packages, an agent will meet you before immigration and show you to the priority lanes for immigration. A Luggage Assistance add-on (SGN, HAN, DAD) will allow an agent to pick up your luggage and take it to your car.
06What’s included in the Departure Fast Track service?
Departure Standard (SGN, DAD, PQC, CXR): Fast Track through passport control.
Departure Standard Plus (SGN, HAN, DAD, CXR): an agent meets you after check-in and leads you through priority lanes for passport control and security, then guides you to your gate or lounge (lounge access not included).
Priority Check-In add-on (SGN, HAN, DAD): gives you access to a priority check-in counter, usually the Business Class counter.
07What’s included in the Transit Fast Track service?
Our Transit packages are designed for travelers connecting between an international and a domestic flight, in either direction. The car between the terminals is included.
International to Domestic: an agent meets you on arrival, takes you through immigration in the fast track lane, helps with your baggage and takes you by car to the domestic terminal for priority check-in.
Domestic to International: an agent meets you at the domestic terminal, takes you by car to the international terminal and through priority check-in, Fast Track immigration and security.
Transit is available at SGN and HAN.
Booking & Payment
08Can I book these services for someone else or a group?
Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Only one booking is needed for a group and each traveler’s information will be collected.
09How far in advance should I book?
For Arrival packages, you must book and pay at least one hour before your flight lands.
For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight departs to guarantee availability.
For Transit packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your arriving flight lands. Time between 01:00 and 06:00 is not counted.
Booking an Arrival or Departure closer to your flight? At Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai and Da Nang, we can still arrange an agent with Immediate Service, for an additional fee.
10How do I pay for the Fast Track service?
Payments are made directly through our website via OnePay, one of Vietnam's largest and most secure payment platforms. You can pay with all major credit cards, bank transfers, and via VietQR. All prices are charged in VND.
11What if my flight is cancelled?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your flight for a refund; taxes and fees are non-refundable. We can adjust your package for free up to 3 hours before your originally scheduled flight. Adjustments cannot be made if notified less than 3 hours before the flight or if the service has already begun.
At the Airport
12What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our team monitors your flight and adjusts the meeting time accordingly. There is no extra charge for typical delays.
13How will I recognize the Fast Track agent at the airport?
For Arrival packages, your agent will hold a sign with your name and meet you at the arrival gate or designated point, depending on the airport. Before your flight, our team emails you the meeting point and time.
For Departure packages, before your flight, our team emails you the meeting point and time; on the day, your agent may also message you on WhatsApp, iMessage or Zalo.
