All international passengers arriving at or departing from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), or Da Nang International Airport (DAD) can book the service, regardless of airline or ticket class.

Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Vietnam. Visas must be obtained before arriving in Vietnam. Visa on Arrival is a rare case, usually reserved for tour groups. Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Each traveler will be assisted through the process.

For Arrival packages, you must book and pay before your flight arrives in Vietnam.

For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight departs to guarantee availability.

Payments are made directly through our website via OnePay, one of Vietnam’s largest and most secure payment platforms. You can pay with all major credit cards, bank transfers, and via VietQR. All prices are charged in VND.

We monitor your flight in real time, so if your flight is delayed, we’ll know. We will adjust your package accordingly to match your new arrival time – no need to contact us.

If notified of your cancellation before 24 hours of your flight, we can offer a full refund for your package. We can adjust your package for free up to 3 hours before your originally scheduled flight. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made if notified less than 3 hours from the flight or if service has already begun.

For Standard Arrival Packages, the agent will be holding a “Welcome to Saigon” sign that does not include your name on it. 

For upgraded packages that include the Luggage Assistance add-on, your agent will be holding a sign with your name on it.
