Do I need to book Fast Track Service in advance?
- For Arrival packages, you must book and pay at least one hour before your flight lands.
- For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight to guarantee availability.
Date Changes & Refund Policy
- If your itinerary changes, you are able to change your Fast Track date/time at least 3 hours in advance of your flight for free. If your flight is delayed, we will take note and adjust your arrival time accordingly. No notice from you is required.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your flight for a refund; taxes and fees are non-refundable.
Additional Information
- Disclaimer: Fast Track Vietnam and the local operator will not hold any responsibility related to visa issues of the customer. The Fast Track service does not include visa services.
- On crowded days, especially during high seasons (i.e. summer and Lunar New Year), you should expect longer waiting times in the Fast Track lanes. However, the wait is significantly shorter than the regular immigration lane.

06Do I need a visa to use this Fast Track service?
Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Vietnam. Visas must be arranged before you travel - please check the official requirements for your nationality. Fast Track Vietnam does not issue or process visas; our service begins when you arrive at the airport.
07Can I book these services for someone else or a group?
Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Each traveler will be assisted through the process.
08How far in advance should I book?
For Arrival packages, you must book and pay at least one hour before your flight lands.
For Departure packages, you must book and pay at least four hours before your flight departs to guarantee availability.
09How do I pay for the Fast Track service?
Payments are made directly through our website via OnePay, one of Vietnam's largest and most secure payment platforms. You can pay with all major credit cards, bank transfers, and via VietQR. All prices are charged in VND.
10What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time, so if your flight is delayed, we’ll know. We will adjust your package accordingly to match your new arrival time - no need to contact us.
11What if my flight is cancelled?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your flight for a refund; taxes and fees are non-refundable. We can adjust your package for free up to 3 hours before your originally scheduled flight. Adjustments cannot be made if notified less than 3 hours before the flight or if the service has already begun.
12How will I recognize the Fast Track agent at the airport?
For Arrival packages, your agent will hold a welcome board and meet you at the arrival gate or designated point, depending on the airport.
For Departure packages, before your flight, our team emails you the meeting point and time; on the day, your agent may also message you on WhatsApp, iMessage or Zalo.
