Same team, same standard, two countries. On 6 October 2026, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism featured our expansion in an article titled “From Vietnam to Thailand: Fast Track’s Next Chapter in Meet-and-Greet Services”.
You can Read The Full Feature On The VNAT Website.
What VNAT Said About Our Move to Thailand
The feature tells the story of how we built Fast Track Vietnam under Thryve Vietnam, and why Thailand is our first market abroad.
| Topic | Highlights from the feature |
|---|---|
| Scale at home | Trusted by over 10,000 travellers every month |
| Our standard | Our CEO, Drew Esterline, sets the bar at an American Express-style experience: fast, consistent and caring, at 3 AM as much as 3 PM |
| New airports | Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK) and Phuket (HKT) |
| The bigger goal | Show that a Vietnamese service brand can set the benchmark across the region |
Worth knowing: the VNAT article is editorial coverage, not a partnership. We’re a private company, recognised as Vietnam’s gold standard for fast track services by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism). We don’t issue visas or run immigration counters.

FAQs
Are Fast Track Vietnam and Fast Track Thailand the same company?
Yes. We’re one team, operated by Thryve Vietnam, with the same service standard in both countries. Each country simply has its own booking website.
Is lounge access included in Thailand?
No, it’s an add-on. At Suvarnabhumi, Coral lounge access costs $45 (around 1,165,000 VND) per person.
Does fast track cover Thailand’s visa on arrival fee?
No. You pay the 2,000 THB fee directly to Thai Immigration. We help you through the priority lane; we don’t replace visa requirements.
How long does fast track take in Thailand?
Typically 10-20 minutes, compared with 45-120 minutes in regular queues at busy times. Flight load and the immigration officer’s decision affect the exact time.
The hop from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City is short, but an evening landing at Tan Son Nhat can still mean a long wait at immigration. We’ll have an agent at your gate, walk you through the priority lane and typically get you to the arrivals hall in 10-20 minutes. Clear immigration, not your patience: reserve your Vietnam arrival fast track.
