  • Payment methods include all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), Vietnamese bank transfers, and Vietnamese QR payments.

3. Arrive / Depart

  • Depending on the service you’ve booked, a Fast Track agent will greet you with a welcome board.

Arrivals: An agent will meet you at the Immigration Hall holding a Fast Track Vietnam welcome board. After greeting you, they will confirm your identity, then lead you to your designated Fast Track lane. With the Luggage Assistance add-on, the agent will pick up your bags for you and take them to your car.

Departures: An agent will reach out to you before your departure date to confirm a meeting spot at the airport. On the day of departure, they will meet you at the agreed location holding a Fast Track Vietnam welcome board. They will escort you to the Fast Track immigration lane, priority security lane, and finally guide you to your lounge or gate. If you add on Priority Check In, you’ll get to check in at the Business Class check in counter with little to no wait.

Note: Priority Check In is unavailable for customers on Emirates and UA153 flights.
